Terms:

All sales are final! No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

In the event of a rescheduled show, tickets will be changed to the new show date. In the event you cannot attend the show on the newly scheduled date, a request for refund must be made within seven (7) days of the change announcement.

In the event of a cancelled show which has no reschedule date, a full refund will be issued to the purchaser, less shipping and handling charges.

Ticket availability and prices quoted are subject to change without notice.

Songside.com and/or Songside Concerts further reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Songside.com and/or Songside Concerts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Songside.com and/or Songside Concerts shall immediately issue a credit to your PayPal account, credit card or account previously charged in the amount of the charge.

Processing and Handling Fees:

Due to Paypal fees and related processing costs, all seats are sold $1.50 above face value. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Electronic Tickets and Email:

A physical ticket will not be sent.  Your confirmation email will serve as your ticket to the show. Ticket purchase will be confirmed at the venue at will-call prior to admission. Songside.com and/or Songside Concerts is not responsible for email confirmation not received.

Unused Ticket Left at Will-Call:

Songside.com and/or Songside Concerts are not responsible for refunds for tickets left at will-call or for tickets left unused. 

 
Weather:

All events purchased should be considered as "rain-or-shine" final purchases.  In the event of a weather cancellation, should the artist not require payment or should they return their already paid performance fees to the venue, a refund may be issued to the purchaser.

Beyond Our Control:

Songside.com and/or Songside Concerts shall not be held responsible for damages, for delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of State, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of Songside.com and/or Songside Concerts.

Ticket resales:

The reselling of tickets above face value is strictly prohibitted and is contrary to the spirit of the Wagon Shed Concert Series.  In the event that you cannot attend a show that you have purchased a ticket for, you may resell the ticket at its face falue and original purchase price.
